We are a member of the world-wide Nicrotec Group of Japan, and
we specialize in investment casting, high-temperature nickel-chrome products.
Since opening in the United States we have become a major supplier of
automotive heat treat fixtures for gear applications.
Investment castings offer a more detailed design with an overall lighter weight.
A light weight in the jigs mean more parts per cycle which in turn means a higher
efficiency and higher profit ratio per cycle.
      Nicrotec America Inc. can offer investment casting products at sand casting prices in
many cases. Nicrotec America can not only offer high quality products but also support
after the sale. We have on-staff metallurgical heat treat engineers with many years experience
in the industrial heat treating field who are always available to assist our clients and our design
staff is growing to better serve our customers from concept to final product.
